A stalo sa, ke\u010f po\u010dul Sanballat, Tobi\u00e1\u0161, Arabi, Ammoniti a A\u0161d\u00f3\u010fania, \u017ee sa opravuj\u00fa m\u00fary Jeruzalema, \u017ee sa za\u010daly zatarasova\u0165 trhliny, ve\u013emi sa rozp\u00e1lili hnevom. A spikli sa v\u0161etci dovedna, \u017ee prijd\u00fa bojova\u0165 proti Jeruzalemu a \u017ee v \u0148om sp\u00f4sobia zm\u00e4tok. Preto sme sa modlili svojmu Bohu a postavili sme str\u00e1\u017e proti nim vodne i vnoci, preto\u017ee sme sa ich b\u00e1li.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Neh. 4,6-9<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V hebrejskom k\u00e1none s\u00fa knihy Ezdr\u00e1\u0161 a Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 v jednej knihe, s\u00fa si ve\u013emi podobn\u00e9, ich autor je pravdepodobne Ezdr\u00e1\u0161. Nehemi\u00e1\u0161, \u017did, mal podobne ako Ester (Perzia), Jozef (Egypt) a Daniel (Babylon) vysok\u00e9 postavenie vo vtedaj\u0161ej ve\u013emoci, \u010do si Boh pou\u017e\u00edval pre svoje pl\u00e1ny; v Perzii bol d\u00f4vern\u00edk a poh\u00e1rnik (\u010da\u0161n\u00edk) samotn\u00e9mu perzsk\u00e9mu kr\u00e1\u013eovi Artaxerxesovi. Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 spolu s Malachi\u00e1\u0161om predstavuj\u00fa \u010dasovo posledn\u00e9 zo staroz\u00e1konn\u00fdch k\u00e1nonick\u00fdch spisov, po ktor\u00fdch pri\u0161lo 400 rokov ticha, po ktor\u00fdch pri\u0161lo narodenie J\u00e1na Krstite\u013ea a Nov\u00e1 zmluva. Bo\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1rod sa po 70 rokoch vyhnanstva v Babylone vracia teraz u\u017e z M\u00e9dsko &#8211; Perzskej r\u00ed\u0161e sp\u00e4\u0165 domov do Kana\u00e1nu pod dozorom Per\u017eanov v troch vln\u00e1ch (1. Zorob\u00e1bel, 2. Ezdr\u00e1\u0161, 3. Nehemi\u00e1\u0161), kde sa im napriek probl\u00e9mom podarilo \u010diasto\u010dne vr\u00e1ti\u0165 sa k Bohu, znovu vystavili chr\u00e1m, mesto Jeruzalem, obnovili bohoslu\u017ebu, no u\u017e nikdy sa nevr\u00e1tili do p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho stavu sl\u00e1vy, prosperity \u010di duchovnej vitality, ak\u00fa za\u017e\u00edvali za kr\u00e1\u013eov D\u00e1vida \u010di \u0160alam\u00fana. Nemali \u00fapln\u00fa slobodu, boli vazalmi Perzie, v zemi nemali \u017eidovsk\u00e9ho kr\u00e1\u013ea, ale perzsk\u00e9ho miestodr\u017eite\u013ea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kniha sa za\u010d\u00edna t\u00fdm, \u017ee Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 sa dozvie o biednom stave jeruzalemsk\u00fdch hradieb, ktor\u00e9 boli zni\u010den\u00e9 babylonsk\u00fdm obliehan\u00edm (kap. 1). Hlboko pohnut\u00fd sa modl\u00ed k Bohu o obnovu a pros\u00ed perzsk\u00e9ho kr\u00e1\u013ea o povolenie \u00eds\u0165 do Kana\u00e1nu a dohliada\u0165 na rekon\u0161trukciu a opravy hradieb. Kr\u00e1\u013e mu to dovol\u00ed a vysiela ho s ofici\u00e1lnym autorizovan\u00fdm listom a zdrojmi, aby za\u010dali opravy (kap. 2). Po pr\u00edchode Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 organizuje pracovn\u00edkov a pr\u00e1ce na hradb\u00e1ch, av\u0161ak zak\u00fa\u0161a viacer\u00e9 pr\u00edkoria od okolit\u00fdch n\u00e1rodov. Napriek hrozb\u00e1m a v\u00fdsmechu sa Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 modl\u00ed k Bohu a povzbudzuje pracovn\u00edkov, aby vytrvali a spoliehali sa na Boha, \u010d\u00edm je pr\u00edkladom modlitebn\u00e9ho \u017eivota, ktor\u00fd o\u010dak\u00e1va Bo\u017eiu pomoc a je odhodlan\u00fd kona\u0165. Pracovn\u00edci konali svoju pr\u00e1cu na hradb\u00e1ch jednou rukou, zatia\u013e \u010do v druhej dr\u017eali zbrane, pracovalo sa cez de\u0148, v noci sa dr\u017eala str\u00e1\u017e, a Boh bol s nimi. Hradby boli dokon\u010den\u00e9 za \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdch 52 dn\u00ed, \u010do je za dan\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed (obmedzen\u00e9 zdroje, \u00fatoky) v\u00fdborn\u00fd logistick\u00fd a in\u017einiersky v\u00fdkon (pribli\u017en\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka vtedaj\u0161ieho m\u00faru okolo mesta Jeruzalem bola 2,7 \u2013 4 km s v\u00fd\u0161kou 9 \u2013 12 m, m\u00far mal okolo 10 br\u00e1n a 8 ve\u017e\u00ed). Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 adresoval i soci\u00e1lne a ekonomick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my v Bo\u017eom \u013eude, ako napr. utl\u00e1\u010danie chudobn\u00fdch, poru\u0161ovanie Bo\u017e\u00edch nariaden\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa dlhov a \u00fa\u017eery (kap. 5); u\u010dinil medzi \u013eudom konkr\u00e9tne kroky k nastoleniu spravodlivosti, \u010d\u00edm je pr\u00edkladom pobo\u017en\u00e9ho ved\u00faceho, ktor\u00fd vedie v duchovnej i praktickej rovine. Ke\u010f sa dokon\u010dili hradby, Ezdr\u00e1\u0161 \u010d\u00edtal z Bo\u017eieho z\u00e1kona \u013eudu, ktor\u00fd \u010dinil pok\u00e1nie z hriechov a rozhodol sa vr\u00e1ti\u0165 k Bohu (kap. 8\u201310), \u010d\u00edm sa v deji dost\u00e1vame k centr\u00e1lnej t\u00e9me knihy \u2013 duchovn\u00e1 obnova. Vidie\u0165, \u017ee skuto\u010dn\u00e1 duchovn\u00e1 obnova sa nedok\u00e1\u017ee udia\u0165 bez Bo\u017eieho slova. Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 po\u010das svojich pr\u00e1c zak\u00fa\u0161a viacer\u00e9 protivenstv\u00e1 aj od miestodr\u017eite\u013ea Sam\u00e1rie v slu\u017eb\u00e1ch Perzie (Sanballata), ktor\u00fd sa vysmieval a opovrhoval Nehemi\u00e1\u0161ov\u00fdmi snahami, n\u00e1sledne sa uch\u00fdlil k \u0161\u00edreniu falo\u0161n\u00fdch spr\u00e1v, \u017ee Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 sa vzb\u00faril perzsk\u00e9mu kr\u00e1\u013eovi a \u017ee sa s\u00e1m chce sta\u0165 kr\u00e1\u013eom \u017didov. Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 sa v\u0161ak st\u00e1le modlil a spoliehal na Boha o pomoc a ochranu, a konal svoju pr\u00e1cu na\u010falej poctivo. Sanballatove pletky zlyhali, Boh sa o Nehemi\u00e1\u0161a postaral. Po dokon\u010den\u00ed hradieb spravoval Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 J\u00fadsko (v loj\u00e1lnom vazalskom vz\u0165ahu vo\u010di Perzii) nieko\u013eko rokov, po ktor\u00fdch sa e\u0161te vr\u00e1til do Perzie vyda\u0165 po\u010det kr\u00e1\u013eovi Artaxerxesovi. Nesk\u00f4r sa op\u00e4\u0165 vr\u00e1til do Jeruzalema zistiac, \u017ee \u013eud op\u00e4\u0165, znova a zas ignoruje viacer\u00e9 z Bo\u017e\u00edch nariaden\u00ed (kap. 13), \u017ee sa zanedbal chr\u00e1m, poru\u0161oval sa \u0161abat a \u017ee sa \u017didia op\u00e4\u0165 \u017eenili a vyd\u00e1vali s pohanmi. Nehemi\u00e1\u0161 op\u00e4\u0165 prin\u00e1\u0161a reformu a \u013eud sa op\u00e4\u0165 vr\u00e1til k Bohu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hlavn\u00e9 koncepty knihy s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 \u010d\u00edtania, u\u010denia a posl\u00fachania Bo\u017eieho slova; d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 pobo\u017enej autority; \u017ee pr\u00e1ca a modlitba id\u00fa ruka v ruke; \u017ee odpor nem\u00e1 veriaceho odstavi\u0165 od nasledovania cie\u013ea; \u017ee Boh sa star\u00e1 o poctivo pracuj\u00facich; \u017ee modlitba je mocn\u00fd dar od Boha.
